ADR is the abbreviation of the French title of the European treaty on the international transport of hazardous substances on the road: Accord Européen relatif au transport international des marchandises Dangereuses par Route. ADR goods are hazardous goods, or also referred to as Dangerous goods, and when transported by sea, IMO goods.
