Customs use this transit system, the New Computerized Transit System (NCTS), for T1 (bonded) electronic transit declaration. Within the transit system, the declaration entails sending an electronic message to customs. As the notifying party, you must enter the data for the transit declaration into the transit system yourself. In order to be authorized to do so, you must be in the possession of a permit, for "declaring customs transit electronically”. Our operations team prepares the T1 documents for all its clients by means of NCTS.
