Our memberships
Embassy Freight Services has been AEO certified Since 15 May 2013. AEO stands for Authorised Economic Operator. This certificate is issued by the customs authorities and declares that a company complies with all requirements concerning the international transportation of goods.
Of particular value to our customers, this means that goods transported by our services are subject to fewer custom inspections. When customs inspections are required, they can be conducted at the place of unloading.
ReverseMi
In 2023 we also joined the ReverseMi Network. This network is dedicated to creating circular logistics. Embassy Freight works hard at doing its part for climate change. Check our page on Sustainable development goals to see how else we contribute.

WCA
We have been a member of the WCA network for a number of years now. The WCA is the world's largest network of Freight Forwarders. Only reputable freight forwarders can join the network. Thanks to the WCA, wherever in the world your cargo needs to go, you can be sure we have a reliable partner to handle your freight with care!
FIATA
FIATA - the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations, is the largest non-governmental organisation in the world, which represents members in over 150 countries. FIATA has some 5500 active members and it provides documents and forms, congresses, training and publications. FIATA has unity as one of its core missions, which is why Embassy Freight is a proud member.
